Return & Exchange Policy

At La Villita Party & Flowers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached, if applicable.
  • Certain products, such as [list any exceptions like “personalized items,” “intimate apparel,” or “sale items”], are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at lavillita705@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.


2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that are in unused, unworn condition and in the original packaging. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at lavillita705@hotmail.com with your order number and details about the exchange.
  2. Return the Original Item: Follow our return process (above) to send back the original item.
  3. Order the New Item: Once we receive your return, we will issue a replacement item. You may be required to pay any price difference if the new item has a different value.

Exchange Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item. We will cover the shipping cost of sending out the exchanged item.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return, refund, or replacement of the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as “final sale” on the product page or during checkout.

5. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at lavillita705@hotmail.com to obtain your Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack your item securely in the original packaging with the RA number and a copy of the receipt.
  3. Send the return to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is processed and approved. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
